Elyse firmly believes that a one on one personal healing approach to your acupuncture treatment is key to achieving the best results and long term relief. Starting with your first visit, she will listen and evaluate your condition and symptoms. Over the next six to eight visits; weekly or bi-weekly, Elyse develops and implements a individualized treatment plan to give you the best results.
Your acupuncture session will be in a large, peaceful, private room. Using traditional five element acupuncture, she focuses on identifying your blocks, weaknesses and root imbalances. In addition to treating the symptoms of your bad back, anxiety or pain she gets to the root of them, so they won't return. Elyse does this by working to restore your whole body's healthy, natural equilibrium. This includes balancing emotions or organs that are out of balance. This holistic approach using acupuncture can be used to treat most western diseases, either to help cure them or alleviate symptoms and side effects from prescribed drugs.

Insurance companies are increasingly covering acupuncture in Maryland.
We will need some information from you, such as your full name, insurance carrier, insurance number, and date of birth to verify the insurance.
Be sure to include the best contact number should we need more information.
Our office must qualify your insurance prior to your visit. If we have not previously inquired about insurance, we will ask you to pay in full at the time of the visit. This is because contacting your insurance company takes time and our office cannot do it at the time of your appointment.
We will submit to United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna as an out of network acupuncturist. In addition, many Workers Compensation and all No Fault Automobile Insurances cover acupuncture.
